These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Next Step Franchise Group website. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Informational Purpose

The website provides general information about franchise ownership and NSFG’s consulting process. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

No Franchise Offer or Guarantee

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a franchise. A franchise may be offered only through the applicable Franchise Disclosure Document and in compliance with applicable law. NSFG does not guarantee that any franchise will be available, awarded, profitable, financeable, or suitable for a particular person. Business ownership involves risk, and individual results vary.

NSFG’s Role and Compensation

NSFG helps candidates evaluate business ownership and identify franchise opportunities that may align with their objectives. There is generally no direct consulting fee to the candidate. If a client invests in a franchise introduced through NSFG, the franchisor generally pays NSFG a referral fee. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making their own decisions.

Accuracy and Third-Party Information

We work to present information accurately, but franchise data, availability, fees, performance disclosures, laws, and market conditions can change. Information supplied by franchisors or other third parties remains subject to verification. Links to third-party websites, including Calendly and franchisor sites, are provided for convenience; NSFG does not control their content or practices.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s copy, design, reports, graphics, and other original materials belong to NSFG and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

Disclaimer and Limitation
