Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026
Next Step Franchise Group (“NSFG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
We may receive information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, professional background, location, investment preferences, and messages. We may also collect device, browser, referral, page-view, and interaction information through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide franchise consulting services, schedule meetings, maintain business records, improve the website, measure advertising performance, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers and Third Parties
We may share information with service providers that support scheduling, communications, website hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, and business operations. Calendly processes information when you schedule a meeting. If enabled, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may collect information about visits and actions to measure campaigns and build advertising audiences. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Franchise Introductions
We do not send your personal information to a franchisor without your knowledge. When you choose to investigate a franchise, we may provide the franchisor with the information reasonably required to make the introduction and begin its evaluation process.
Sale, Sharing, and Advertising
NSFG does not sell personal information for money. Some state laws may define the use of advertising or measurement cookies as “sharing” or targeted advertising. You may contact us to request that we limit such use. You can also restrict cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences through the relevant platform.
Email, Telephone, and Text Messages
We may contact you in response to an inquiry or when you have otherwise agreed to receive communications. Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and may ask us to stop marketing email or telephone communications at any time.
Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including business, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
This website is intended for adults considering business ownership and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
